[Introduction]
This product belongs to amino-cyclitol antibiotic, it can inhabit the growth of gram negative and some kinds of gram positive bacteria which can easily cause diseases in poultry, especially it can inhabit the growth of E, coli and Salmonella which have resistance to other antibiotics, and it is not easy for the bacterium to form drugresistance. It is recommended as the best drug to inhabit E.coli by FDA. It also can gain body weight and improve the ratio of feed conversion and is used widely in the world.
[Mechanism]
Apramycin sulfate can disturb the synthesis of nucleoprotein in bacterium so as to inhabit the growth of it, so it can be used to treat the diseases caused by E.coli and salmonella in animals to ensure the natural growth of it.
[Specification]
Bulk drug: it contains not less than 550 units of apramycin per mg, calculated on dried basis. Premix: 3% apramycin sulfate premix (It contain 3g apramycin per 100g of product (3 million units) 16.5% apramycin sulfate premix (it contains 16.5g of apramycin per 100g of product (16.5 million units)) Soluble powder: 50% apramycin sulfate soluble powder (It contains 50g of Apramycin per 100g of product) Others can be produced by the requirements of customers.
[Indication]
It can be used to treat dysentery, diarrhea and not growing well caused by E.coli, Salmonella in pig, chicken, cattle and other poultry.
[Administration and Dosage]
Soluble powder:
For chicken: Feed 250mg apramycin (250 thousand units)/L water solution for 5 days continuously (Dissolve 500mg 50% apramycin sulfate soluble powder in 1000ml water, and it is ready to use)
For pig: feed at the ratio of 12.5mg apramycin (Active ingredient)/kg body weight for 7 days continuously.
For chicken specialized for eating: after the birth, feeding at the ratio of 10g 50% apramycin sulfate soluble powder per 1000kg feedstuff (5 million units) for 6 weeks can improve the growth of it.
